Refund Policy

At Dreamwood Designs, every piece is built by hand from solid wood, distressed for a reclaimed look, and finished with hand-applied techniques. These natural variations and handmade characteristics are part of the charm — not defects.

If your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as defined in our Cosmetic Standards, we will replace the piece and make it right. We will also replace any items damaged during delivery, as long as the damage is properly noted on the delivery sheet at the time of arrival.

Because of the high costs of custom manufacturing, materials, and delivery, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
