How to Order

Ordering custom handcrafted furniture isn’t like buying mass-produced pieces — and that’s the fun part! With Dreamwood Designs, you’re in control of the design from start to finish.

Step 1: Share Your Vision

If you have a style, finish, paint, or size that isn’t listed on our site — let us know! Many of our best designs have come from customer requests. Whether it’s a unique stain, a special size, or even a brand-new concept, we’d love to bring it to life. Call us, email us, or message us on Facebook to start your custom project.

Step 2: Customize Your Order Online

When adding a product to your cart, you’ll be able to select details like:

  • Table size (5’–10’)

  • Width (standard 36”, with custom widths available)

  • Top stain & base finish

  • Wood type & knot details

  • Seamless or plank-style tabletop

Step 3: Delivery or Pickup

We currently do not offer shipping. All orders are hand-delivered from our workshop in Arlington, Texas.

Delivery Rates

  • $150 flat rate within 30 miles of Arlington, TX

  • $3.50 per mile beyond 30 miles (calculated one way)

Before Delivery
When your furniture is complete, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date. Since every piece is made to order, delivery typically occurs 10–12 weeks after your order date.

Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your furniture thoroughly before signing the delivery sheet.

  • Any concerns or damage must be noted before our team leaves your home.

  • Once the delivery sheet is signed, Dreamwood Designs is not responsible for damage found afterward.

Placement & Access

  • Standard delivery includes placement on the ground floor only.

  • We do not offer upstairs delivery, installation, or wall/ceiling mounting.

  • Our solid hardwood furniture is heavy—please arrange for extra help if needed.

  • It is your responsibility to confirm your furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, and hallways prior to ordering. Orders cannot be refused upon delivery for sizing issues.

Storage Policy
We cannot store completed furniture. Before production begins, we will confirm that you’re ready to receive your order. If you’re not ready, production may be delayed at your request. Once complete, furniture must be delivered promptly.

Your furniture will be built to your specifications, with the character and craftsmanship that only solid wood and hand-finishing can provide.
