Delivery Policy

Delivery Rates

• $150 flat rate within 30 miles of Arlington, TX

• $3.50 per mile beyond 30 miles (calculated one way)

Before Delivery
When your furniture is complete, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date. Because each piece is built to order, delivery typically occurs 10–12 weeks after your order date.

Upon Delivery

• Please inspect your furniture thoroughly before signing the delivery sheet.

• We will note any concerns or damage before leaving your home.

• Once the delivery sheet is signed and the order is confirmed, Dreamwood Designs is not responsible for damage found afterward.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, or hallways prior to ordering. Orders cannot be refused upon delivery for sizing issues.

Placement & Access

• Standard delivery includes placement on the ground floor only.

• We do not offer upstairs delivery, installation, or wall/ceiling mounting.

• Our solid hardwood furniture is heavy—please have adequate help available if needed.

Storage Policy
We cannot store completed furniture. Before production begins, we will confirm that you are ready to receive your order. If you are not ready, production may be delayed at your request. Once complete, furniture must be delivered promptly.
